An effective listener, Larry Garza is able to combine those listening skills with a dedication for customer service, and a desire to keep his clients in constant communication throughout the buying/selling process. “Since you’re only as good as who you surround yourself with, I’ll only refer the title companies, lenders, inspectors, etc. that maintain the highest level of communication with my clients”. Larry is married to Virginia Richards, and has two daughters – Morgan 14, and Lauren 16. A member of numerous organizations, Larry is very active in the community and is involved in volunteer work. Although they reside in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona, Larry services the entire valley in both residential and commercial real estate. |
