Something about Larry Garza...

As a previous owner of companies in three different states, Larry Garza combines his experience in business with strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of his clients’ wants and needs.  “One of the most important measures of a Realtor is a genuine desire to listen to what’s important to your clients; not how quickly you can earn a commission.  Therefore, I work at my clients’ pace, not mine”.  Larry Garza is known in the community as a person of his word, honest, hard-working and diligent.  With 90 % of his business coming from referrals and past clients, Larry Garza could not attain this if he was not truly in tune with his clients.  “Since I am only as good as those I surround myself with, I only refer lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and contractors that share my work ethic.  I am person of deep faith, and use that faith to guide my business and personal life.”

Larry is married to Virginia Richards, and has two daughters; Morgan 21, and Lauren 23.  A member of numerous organizations, Larry is active in the community and is involved in volunteer work.  Although he resides in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona, Larry services the entire valley in residential, investment properties and commercial real estate.
